Department of Mechanical Engineering
At the beginning of the establishment of ATMA in 1995, there were 3 Mechanical Engineering Programmes offerred, i.e. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - Automotive, dand Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - Marine. Starting from 2003, the Programme of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - Aeronautic was also offerred. After the formation of UPNM, a single Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Programme was approved by The Ministry of Higher Education whose new programme structure was designed and run entirely by UPNM. Inline with the number of programmes and the increase in the number of students, an increase in the number of staff was also considered.
